We have for over 30 Years provided a safe and reliable service transporting patients, staff and visitors to and from the hospital.
We are situated in close proximately to the QE Hospital and have a dedicated fleet of uniformed drivers who have passed their NVQ level 2 ensuring good customer service skills, in addition all our drivers have an Enhanced CRB check.
We currently provide Non-Emergency Hospital Transport (NEPT) for other NHS hospitals such as Birmingham Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, and we are contractors for Birmingham Community Health Care NHS Trust.
All our calls are monitored and recorded for time consistency, enabling us to keep a high standard in private hire services.
